What is SBYM 365?
SBYM 365 is a parish-wide fundraiser that helps support the growing costs of our summer trips, including the annual mission trip- Diocesan Work Camp, youth conferences, and camp experiences.
Each calendar day of the year is connected to a dollar amount. January 1 is $1. December 31 is $365.
By filling the entire calendar year, you help make these transformative experiences possible for our teens. These trips are often where young people encounter Christ in a deeper way, discover who God created them to be, and return home changed.
Our goal is to fill all 365 days of the year. Your participation in SBYM 365 helps make this mission possible.
2. Make your donation.
You may give:
Online through our official parish giving page
In person at the SBYM 365 table in the Commons after all Masses beginning February 14
We accept cash, checks, and tap-to-pay card donations.
3. Share a prayer intention (optional).
You are invited to include a prayer intention with your donation. Each month, our teens gather for a Holy Hour and offer a spiritual bouquet of prayers for all donors and their intentions. Please let us know how we can pray for you and your loved ones.
In addition to participating in SBYM 365 by choosing a calendar date, some parishioners may wish to support youth ministry in a more intentional or specific way.
Below are examples of how donations directly support our teens throughout the year:
$75 – Partial scholarship for a retreat or conference
$150 – Transportation costs for one teen on a summer trip
$250 – Meals and lodging for a mission or conference weekend
$500 – Full or partial scholarship for a teen to attend camp or a mission trip
If you would like to support a specific teen, you may do so by including the teen’s name in the notes section of your donation. You may also email us with the teen’s name and donation amount so we can ensure your gift is applied appropriately.
All shared information is kept confidential and used only for the purpose of directing your donation.
These gifts help ensure that finances are never a barrier for a teen who wants to grow in their faith.
Whether you choose a calendar date or give toward a specific need, your generosity makes a lasting impact.
